SZD-9bis Bocian 1E (Stork) – Two-seater glider of wooden construction, used mainly to train young adepts of aviation art. The stork’s wingspan is 17.8 m, and its maximum glide ratio is 26. As the only glider in the Leszczyński Aero Club, it has a lighting installation, which allows it to perform night flights and watch Leszno illuminated from above.

Puchacz  (Eagle Owl) – A two-person glider made of laminate, used primarily for further training of aviation youth (first flights with an instructor, stalls).

The Puchacz is allowed to perform aerobatic flights, which allows it to perform, for example, loops, tippers or corkscrews. It is characterized by a wingspan of 16.67 m, and its maximum glide ratio is 30.

SZD-30 Pirate – One-man wooden structure glider club class. It is characterized by ease of piloting, which allows it to perform the first independent flights on a single-seater. Also used to improve the landing technique, the first independent thermals, or the first flights. The Pirate’s wingspan is 15 m, while its maximum glide ratio is 33.


Pirat Manual

SZD-51-1 Junior – Single-seat glider of club class, made of laminate. Used by pilots, as well as student pilots who have completed all the training, primarily to perform flights. It is more difficult to land than the Pirate, so it requires more precision on the approach. Junior has the same span as pirate (15 m), but his maximum glide ratio is 35.


JuniorSZD-48-1 Manual

Jantar Standard 2 / SZD-48-3 Jantar Standard 3 – Single-seater high-speed glider of standard class. It is flown by more experienced pilots who can fly it even 500-750 km in a few hours. The glider has a retractable main landing gear, as well as ballast tanks in the wings, which allow you to load it with an additional 150 liters of water. Jantar’s wingspan is 15 m, while its maximum glide ratio is 39.5.
